Stonegate Community Health Centre works to improve the well-being of our community. We envision a healthy, active and inclusive community where physical, mental and social well-being is achieved. By becoming a member of Stonegate CHC, you help us to build a healthy, strong and resilient community. Members believe in the work we do at Stonegate CHC and are committed to our multi-faceted approach to health and well-being.
Being a member of Stonegate Community Health Centre (SCHC) means:
You understand and support the work of the Centre and what guides that work.
You support our mission, vision and values.
You can influence positive change in our community through your ideas and vision.
You can vote on changes to our by-laws, elect new board members and support the people who are building a healthy community.
You will receive a copy of our annual report and newsletters.
Memberships are free
and need to be
renewed every two years
. General membership must be renewed
two weeks prior to the centres Annual General Meeting
in order to be eligible to vote.
