The City of Cleveland, Bradley County, and the MPO wish to seek community input on planned improvements to Freewill Road extending from SR 60 / Georgetown Road south to Harrison Pike, crossing over I-75 and making a new connection from there south to US 64/74 also known as APD 40. This area of the greater Cleveland region has evolved from a rural setting to a suburban one that continues to see additional development of residential, commercial, and industrial uses. The city, the county, and the MPO recognize the need for transportation infrastructure to align with adjacent land uses and the needs of residents. This corridor is currently under study for future improvements, projected land uses, and examination of the market and economic inputs that will influence future development. The following survey should take about 5-8 minutes to complete, and your input will be invaluable in helping planners and elected officials determine the type and pace of infrastructure priorities for this corridor. Where questions reference a specific road segment or geographic area, please refer to the Project Map. Thank you for your time and consideration. Please feel free to email related questions or comments to Greg Thomas at gthomas@clevelantn.gov.
