Clean & Green Schools Pilot Program Screening Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in partnering with the New York State Pollution Prevention Institute (NYSP2I) to participate in a pilot program focused on the safe removal of old, outdated, or unsafe chemicals and implementation of green chemistry lab curricula to prevent future accumulations of hazardous chemicals.

We are no longer accepting applications for our 2026 program. Please complete the questions below to be added to the waitlist for our 2027 program. Someone from NYSP2I will follow-up with you shortly.
