The City of Clare is in the process of updating the community-wide Master Plan. This document sets a vision and guides the decision-making process for the future use of neighborhoods, the downtown, commercial corridors, the emerging commercial district on the city's northern boundary, interconnecting the Grant Township development areas into the city, parks and recreation offerings, and intermodal transportation in our City.
The Clare Master Plan 2016 will be rooted in the desires and vision of City residents and stakeholders. This is why we need you to share your opinions and great ideas for the future of Clare.
