Clallam County Parks Comprehensive Plan - Online Open House

Welcome to the Clallam County Parks Comprehensive Plan Open House!

Clallam County manages 21 park sites across 770 acres featuring coastal beaches, boat launches, picnic shelters, fishing access, trails, camping, sports fields, and undeveloped open space.

The Parks Comprehensive Plan is a 10-year strategic plan for managing and enhancing parks, open space, trails, and recreation opportunities for the Clallam County community. An up-to-date Plan also makes the County eligible for state and federal grants.

Clallam County is hosting a series of in-person forums in early May 2026 and is providing the same content in this online format to capture additional feedback from across the county. Through this online open house, you can:

• Learn about the Clallam County Parks Comprehensive Plan, and
• Provide feedback on what park and recreation amenities and improvements are important to you.

The feedback you submit through this open house will help us build the draft Plan.

Also, this site includes several maps that might be best viewed on a screen larger than a phone.
