Short Term Vacation Rental Survey

Short term vacation rentals are residential units that are rented for less than 30 consecutive days. These units are currently allowed in the City with a permit and consistent with existing regulations. The City is seeking your input on possible changes to these regulations. A copy of the existing regulations can be found at https://www.cityofventura.ca.gov/172/Short-Term-Vacation-Rentals. Results of the survey will be available on the City’s website and presented to the City Council with possible amendments to the existing regulations. Thank you for taking this short 3 minute survey.  Your feedback is important to us.
