Thank you for taking the time to provide the City of Atlanta with feedback on your customer service experience.

Within the City, we are striving to create a culture that is customer focused and provides an experience that is accountable, responsive and efficient. With this goal in mind, all City Staff have recently completed City-wide training focused on Customer C.A.R.E. (which stands for Courtesy and Respect Everyday). Additionally, we have implemented the Customer Service Bill of Rights, which covers the core tenants of service which all Customers should expect when interacting with the City of Atlanta.

The goal of this survey is to gather information from our Customers that will help us assess the core elements of Customer C.A.R.E.

While this survey is anonymous, we do provide an option at the end of the survey for you to have a more detailed, follow-up discussion about your service experience with the Mayor’s Office. We hope you will take us up on this offer to help us better serve the City of Atlanta.
