Welcome to the City View Development Style Scorecard Exercise!

Over the next several slides, we're going to show you a variety of different development types. Keeping the City View area context in mind, please rate the following development examples from 1 to 4 stars based upon how appealing each example is to you (1=Very Unappealing, 4=Very Appealing).

We don’t want to provide a complete survey of every type of commercial development. But we would like to discuss the variety of forms available, particularly in relation to how you might like to see new commercial or retail spaces look like in your neighborhood. What do you want new commercial development to look like? Consider in particular what you think commercial buildings should look like along Woodside Avenue.
