Are You Interested?

Through the Mailey/Rogers/Blink49 financial donation to our Village, LBA has been given the advocacy role of starting a supportive performance oriented choir/ vocal ensemble as well as an Acting/Drama program here in Lions Bay.

The philosophy of the professional who will lead this programming is that of Monique Creber, from Creber Productions and that is to learn, lift one another up and plan for opportunities to performing locally. Monique says, "anyone can learn to sing or act with supportive coaching and consistent practice."

So we are on a mission to find out how many local residents might engage with programing if offered here in the Village.

The three offerings will be:

1. A community choir/voice ensemble
2. Drama / acting classes
3. A workshop for parents interested in navigating the Film and TV Industry.

We are asking villagers to complete this short survey to give us an idea of local interest.

3.Engaging with drama/acting lessons increases individual confidence when speaking publicly, when communicating to large groups, it also broadens our ability to listen and respond with clarity as well as it shapes problem solving. It is also a contributor to managing our internal emotions in public situations... just to name a few.
