Introduction and Instructions

This survey aims to determine your current practice, and the factors that influence your practice (i.e. barriers and enablers), in relation to meeting the needs of children of your clients who have acquired, non-progressive communication disability. The reason for this survey is to determine current practice so that future research needs can be identified and addressed.

Questions relate specifically to your role as a speech pathologist who sees clients with acquired, non-progressive communication disability. Please take the time to think about each question and respond about your practice in your current role.

The survey consists of three parts and should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. 

There are no known risks or discomforts associated with completing this survey. Participation in this project is entirely voluntary and you may withdraw at any time. Your responses will be anonymous and all data collected will be stored confidentially. For further information on participating in this study please refer to the Participant Information Sheet.

This project has received ethical clearance from The University of Queensland in accordance with the National Health and Medical Research Council’s guidelines (approval number 2017002123).
