To assist the Chico Police Department in better understanding how it can effectively serve the Chico Community, Chief Billy Aldridge requested that the Police Community Advisory Board (P.C.A.B.) independently conduct a survey concerning the Chico Police Department. The P.C.A.B. is comprised of community members who are representative of the diverse cultural makeup of the community and representative of community leaders and organizations that serve our multicultural community.
