Survey of Chesapeake Bay Stormwater Engineering Practices
This survey is being conducted as part of a larger research project on the implementation of green infrastruture in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. It is being overseen by Dr. Shirley Clark of Penn State Harrisburg. Any questions may be directed to her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
This survey is designed for individuals involved in the technical aspects of stormwater management in the Chesapeake Bay Region, either in the design or regulatory process. No personal information is being requested. It is an update of a national survey that was conducted in the late 1990s to determine the state of the practice in stormwater management. It begins with an assessment of the current state-of-the-practice and then requests your input on engineering matters related to green infrastructure from either the designers' or regulators' perspective. Your answers will be saved as you progress through the survey when you move from one page to the next. You may skip any question without affecting your ability to complete the rest of the survey. We anticipate that this survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete. We greatly appreciate your taking the time to respond to this survey. A report of these results will be published at Penn State's Center for Green Infrastructure and Stormwater Management's website in early 2018. Thank you for your time!
