Some differentiating characteristics: 

For reds, Comet is an oval shaped grape tomato with all red skin, Supernova is different because it has yellow striping on the surface over the red background, and Cherry Bomb is round and red.

For yellows, Starlight is reeaally long and yellow, Canary is oval shaped and bright warm yellow, Sungold is deep yellow orange and round, and Moonbeam is a lighter greenish yellow with a longer oval shape than Canary.
