PRE-TRAINING SURVEY

The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) and the Massachusetts Office of Technical Assistance (OTA) are launching a program to reduce the risk of severe weather-related industrial accidents by incorporating toxics use reduction into emergency preparedness and hazard mitigation planning. The aim is to make our region more capable of addressing climate change-related disasters by providing critical information needed for targeted planning.

The following questions are designed to gather a baseline of facilities’ needs and understanding of chemical management and emergency preparedness to withstand extreme storm events. All replies will be kept confidential. Contact information you provide will only be used should you want to learn more about trainings, free and confidential technical assistance, or other resources available through CMRPC and OTA.

This survey should take ~5-10 minutes. Please forward this survey to other groups or individuals within your network we may have missed. (i.e. water treatment, wastewater treatment, etc.)

Thank you for participating in our project.
