Income eligibility for voucher holders is determined by the agency administering the voucher program. Applicants must meet the requirements of their voucher program (e.g., MRVP, Section 8, VASH).
Selection will be conducted by lottery. Use and occupancy restrictions apply. The lottery shall include the following preference categories, applied in order: (1) Chelsea residents; (2) veteran households; and (3) households displaced from Chelsea within the preceding two (2) years.
