The London Historic Buildings Trust has been awarded a Development grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund. This grant is a significant step towards the restoration of the historic Charity School located on Church Street, Edmonton.

The Trust is collaborating with West Lea School and the Learning for Life Charity on this exciting venture. Our joint efforts are focused on creating a vibrant community hub, featuring a new cafe, room hire facilities and a community garden. These will also be gateways for young people to acquire vital life skills and valuable work experience. We are also committed to ensuring the site is accessible to wheelchair users. Further information can be found at this link 'Life in the Community at the Former Charity School'.
