ISPOR Regional Chapter Annual Report 2018 - Questionnaire

This report serves as an account of your Chapter’s current status on progress and accomplishments in the areas of research, education, policy, membership recruitment and engagement, and publications in the past year. It provides information about the Chapter’s collaboration with local and international organizations, contribution to ISPOR conferences, and relevant non-ISPOR events.

It also serves as a tool that allows ISPOR to better understand your Chapter’s operations, governance, membership in the past year, and gives ISPOR the ability to be more responsive and proactive in supporting your needs in the coming year. Information provided in this report is referred to in the eligibility assessment and selection process for ISPOR Regional Chapter Award.

The report is reviewed by the ISPOR Governance and Global Networks staff. If the report is incomplete, ISPOR may contact Chapter leadership and request that the missing information be provided.

Chapter Partnerships & Collaborations
