Title: Aesthetic Care Specialist
Report to: Managing Clinical Director
Location: Position will be located in Rochester, MN, Tonawanda, NY or DeWitt, NY

Position Summary: The Aesthetic Care Specialist is a critical member of the Chapter team. This position is responsible for: Delivering a variety of skin treatments and services with exceptional skill and confidence, including SkinPen, DiamondGlow, chemical peels, laser hair removal, skin Chapterenation.; delighting guests with exceptional customer service; supporting and participating in sales and marketing strategies; having up-to-date knowledge about Chapter products and services; and confidently educating guests on the benefits of Chapter products and services. This position is pivotal in achieving guest's satisfaction, retention, and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Chapter Aesthetic Studio.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Delivers on Chapter’s promise of extraordinary results, innovation, and safety by upholding all procedures and protocols and participating in advanced education specific to all regulatory agency and Chapter guidelines
  • Maintains accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each guest interaction
  • Upholds facility standards by assuring all treatment rooms, devices and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocols
  • Consistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e., revenue per hour, retail, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systems
  • Educates all non-members as to benefits of Chapter membership and consistently reinforces benefit of membership to current members
  • Ensures 85% + booked clinic schedule
  • Represents Chapter Purpose and Values in all circumstances

Requirements/Qualifications
  • Education Level: Licensed Estheticians credentials
  • Job Related/Industry Experience: Licensed to practice in state of designated clinic
  • Vision must by 20/20 or corrected to 20/20
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
