About the training:
This training aims to provide participants with an understanding of the key principles of Change Management in the process of planning, implementing and evaluating changes in an organisation to achieve desired outcomes. Change Management can involve changes in strategy, structure, culture, processes, systems, technology, products or services. Change Management can also affect the people who work in the organisation, their roles, responsibilities, skills, attitudes and behaviours.

This course focuses on implementation, featuring capacity-building activities and full-day workshops facilitated by Australian trainers.

Day 1: Covers understanding change and key models, diagnosing drivers and barriers, and stakeholder dynamics using Lewin’s Force Field and Mendelow’s power/influence matrix. Includes case studies from Cambodia and group exercises.

Day 2: Emphasises leading and communicating change, adaptive leadership, and emotional intelligence (SCARF model, Goleman EI). Activities include role plays, coaching loops, and a hybrid panel discussion with experts from Australia and Cambodia.

Day 3: Focuses on evaluating change interventions, technology disruption, and AI. Participants will design a change canvas incorporating change-readiness tools, feedback loops, and monitoring strategies using benefits realisation, tailored metrics and stakeholder sentiment.
