For the Leading Change Webinar Series, select a “Change Initiative” to focus on during Modules #2 - #7. Answer the questions on this form. The facilitator, Patricia Moten Marshall, will use your responses to assure real-time issues/challenges of the participants are addressed.
The “Change Initiative” should meet the following criteria:
a. The decision has already been made to implement the change
b. The change initiative requires people in the organization to think and/or behave differently than they did prior to the implementation
c. You perform a key role in implementation of the change
d. The change fits into one of the following categories:
- The change has been approved for implementation, and is still in the planning stages
- Implementation of the change has recently begun
- The change is well underway and there is significant resistance
- The change has already been implemented and is a case study of what not to do
