Purpose of the Survey

BOOM Camp, an online learning series focused on Better Orientation, Onboarding, and Mentoring, initiated by Career Ready Central PA and Susquehanna Human Resources Association (SHRMA) in collaboration with Angela Hummel Consulting, seeks input from local employers in Central PA regarding recruitment and retention needs.

This brief survey, requiring approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, aims to inform the development of learning content and provide valuable insights to HR professionals, business leaders, workforce development experts, and educators in the region.

A summary of the survey results will be shared with BOOM Camp participants and can be requested by contacting angela@angelahummel.com. The final report is anticipated to be accessible by summer 2024.

Participation in the learning series is not obligatory to complete the survey or receive the survey results. It is encouraged to coordinate within your organization to ensure only one survey per company is submitted.

Rest assured, your company's identity will remain confidential throughout the survey process, and will not be disclosed in the summary report. Providing identifying information is optional, though necessary if you wish to receive the summary report via email.
