We are limiting this support group to 25 participants. Please only register if you plan to attend. After you register a Zoom login link will be emailed to you.  

Participation in this group requires that you are a transplant candidate or recipient or a caregiver of a transplant candidate or recipient who resides in the Central Pennsylvania area.  

This support group is for transplant patients and caregivers to have a place to talk openly about how they are adjusting to transplant. This is a place where patients and caregivers can give and receive support.

This is not a therapy group. This is not a substitute for psychiatric care, psychotherapy or medical treatment. The purpose of this group is to provide a safe place for you to talk about your thoughts and feelings related to transplant or transplant caregiving.
