Welcome to the Public Input Survey for the Centerton Downtown MasterPlan
The City is developing a vision and plan for enhancing the existing Downtown and for how an area south of the existing downtown (across Centerton Blvd/HWY 102) should be developed into a New Town Center.
The city is undertaking this plan in order to provide a framework to assess how to connect, facilitate development, and provide needed amenities in the the existing downtown in a way that best serves the growing community. In addition the plan will address the potential future development of a New Town Center area that provides more gathering spaces, retail, and housing options while creating a link to Downtown and connection to surrounding developments.
