Community Garden Interest Survey

The Healthy Franklin County Nutrition Task Force Community Garden Committee is conducting a survey to gauge interest in community gardens from area residents.Community gardens can be used for education, recreation, mental and physical rehabilitation, and provide access to healthy foods. Community gardens can also provide opportunities for neighborhood improvement. Please take a couple of minutes and complete this survey as it will help us with planning efforts. Please fill out this survey by January 31, 2017. Please fill out only one time.
