Who we are
The Caux Initiatives of Change Foundation (Caux Foundation) is a Swiss philanthropic foundation and part of the global Initiatives of Change (IofC) network, dedicated to peace, democracy and responsible leadership. It hosts international forums, programmes and residencies at the historic Caux Palace, creating spaces for dialogue, reflection and collaboration.

About the impact study
We invite you to take part in a short, 10 minutes questionnaire contributing to the independent Impact Study of the Caux Foundation, conducted by Sandstone Consulting for the period 2023–2025.

What the study looks at
This study examines how effectively the Foundation has implemented its strategies and what individual and collective changes have resulted – including programme quality, participants’ skills and behaviours, personal transformation, and the broader impact of Caux Foundation’s approaches. Your responses will feed into an independent report that will be made publicly available in April 2026.
