Introduction

This application is for church congregations in the Wisconsin Conference of the UCC. Prior to submitting your proposal online, prepare your answers to these questions. The application software does not save partial applications, meaning you cannot come back later to finish a proposal. It must be done all at one time. Prior to beginning your application, be sure you can answer all these questions AND have a detailed project description (see item 16) AND a letter of support from your congregation’s leadership team (see item 17) ready to be uploaded into the software.
