Caregiver Survey

Thank you for participating in this important research study, designed to explore the experiences of current, former, and potential family caregivers,

For the purpose of this survey, you are considered a caregiver if you provide care in any way to the person in need (your caree). You do not necessarily need to be related to the caree, the caree’s sole caregiver, a full-time caregiver, or even an in-person caregiver. If you are handling responsibilities or the care of another human, you are the ideal candidate for this survey. The survey should take approximately 5–10 minutes to complete. Participation is entirely voluntary, and all responses are completely anonymous.
