About the Study

Globally, women influence 70% of buying decisions, yet, even with this significant influence, women worldwide fall severely short in contributing to the world of sales. There is a serious crunch of women in leadership roles and executive boards both globally and in India, despite high levels of aspiration amongst women employees to reach these levels. This study by AVTAR is aimed at unraveling the myth to fact spectrum of Indian women experiences with careers in sales. Please note that this survey is open to all Indian Women (not limited to women currently in the sales function).
