CAT People with Disabilities Advisory Committee Transit Service Survey

Your feedback is important and will help us assess our local transportation needs (Dauphin County including City of Harrisburg and Cumberland County). Your opinion matters whether you use public transportation or not.

The survey is being conducted by the CAT People with Disabilities Advisory Committee, a volunteer group made up of people with disabilities, CAT representatives, local service provider staff and local paratransit service providers. We are reviewing fixed routes and Shareride services in our area. This survey should only take 10 minutes to complete. 

The information is being used to assess local transportation.  Your responses are voluntary and will be confidential.  Responses are not identified by individuals and will be compiled together and analyzed as a group unless you self-identify for follow-up and discussion regarding your comments and experience.
