Capacity Readiness Survey

Ady Advantage has developed a capacity readiness scorecard that catalogues major organizational and regional asset indicators. This tool will enable you to identify areas for improvement . We are offering your organization the opportunity to benchmark itself with your peers.  

This survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete, so please make sure you have sufficient time to complete the survey. In order for your report to be accurate and complete, every question will need to be answered. After answering these questions, you will be provided with your own results, as well as your peers’ aggregated results in order to help benchmark and determine where your organization needs to improve or focus its efforts.

For that reason (only), we will be asking for your contact information at the very end.  Information about your responses will never be attributed to your organization and will be shared only in aggregate.
