Thank you for participating in the International Downtown Association's (IDA's) Canadian Services Survey. IDA wants to enhance its member offerings by investing in Canada to provide more meaningful services specific to Canadian place management organizations. Your responses will help inform IDA on the national services needed throughout Canada and help shape our investment in a national constituent services pilot project through 2020.
