ACOEM’s Virtual Fall Summit Planning Committee is now accepting proposals for 60 or 90-minute sessions at the Virtual Fall Summit from November 5-7, 2025. You are invited to participate in this annual international educational forum which will feature unparalleled continuing education to further attendees' professional-development goals.

Submissions will be accepted through Wednesday June 25, at 5:00 PM CST. Announcements regarding acceptance will be delivered via email by August.

Once the program is set, ACOEM staff will work with the course faculty to record the presentations in advance. On the day of the session, faculty will be expected to be available for a question-and-answer session after the recording plays. Final presentations and recordings will be due by Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

There are no honoraria available for faculty/speakers who participate in the Virtual Fall Summit.

As a requirement of the accrediting body for continuing medical education, faculty and planners will be required to complete a disclosure form. Those who do not complete the form will be excluded from participating.
