Abstract Submission GuidelinesParticipants are invited to submit an abstract that reflects their research, practice, or ideas related to the conference theme and subthemes. The submission is open to a wide range of academic and creative contributions, including:
- Completed research with full findings and conclusions.
- Ongoing research that is still in progress.
- Pre-conception stage research (early conceptual frameworks, proposals, or planned studies).
- Exploratory ideas or critical reflections that can be articulated into an abstract and developed into a presentation.
- A maximum of 10 abstracts will be selected for each Subtheme.
Abstract Format:
- Length: 250–300 words
- Structure:
- Title (concise and informative)
- Author(s) and affiliation(s)
- Abstract body (background or context, objective or purpose, key arguments or findings, significance/relevance to WIISP 2025 theme)
- Keywords: 3–5 keywords
Submission Notes:
- Abstracts may represent academic research, practice-based projects, or creative/critical reflections.
- Interdisciplinary, intergenerational, and cross-sector contributions are strongly encouraged.
- Accepted abstracts will be grouped into parallel sessions according to subthemes.
- Selected participants will be invited to deliver a 15-minute presentation, followed by discussion.
