We introduced Café PANO in April 2024 to bring PANO Members together to share experiences, celebrate successes, work through challenges, find inspiration, and simply connect with one another - building a sense of community, one conversation at a time.

Based on what we've learned since then, we'll continue to offer shorter (30 minutes), unprogrammed gatherings one month and longer (45 minutes), more focused gatherings in order to allow for deeper discussion on a particular topic, to be identified and shared in advance. Depending on the topics identified, we may bring in a guest speaker to offer insights and answer questions. For example, topics in 2025 included legislative updates, understanding nonprofit finances, scenario planning, utilizing tech for efficiency, the state of fundraising...the sky's the limit!
