This course aims to enable staff to participate in and support market assessments with a humanitarian objective. It draws upon many different tools and guidance documents developed by different humanitarian agencies and actors.

This training will allow participants to:
·         Be able to participate in, contribute to, and engage with the market assessment and analysis process
·         Be able to participate in, contribute to, and engage with the situation and response analysis process in a humanitarian emergency
·         Use common market assessment and analysis tools and methods
·         Understand that different market assessment and analysis tools and methods may be needed for different humanitarian contexts

The course targets program managers and technical experts across all areas or sectors of humanitarian response who may participate in, support, or draw information from a market assessment.

We are running the course in Baltimore, MD, U.S.A. from February 12 to February 14, 2019. It is a face-to-face, classroom-based training, and it will not be possible to participate remotely.

Note: While there are no fees for the course, participants are responsible for any travel or associated costs.
