Mass Cultural Council has embarked on an Executive Director search and wants to ensure an inclusive process that incorporates perspectives from across the Commonwealth.
We invite you to complete a short survey regarding your general perceptions of:
- Cultural sector challenges and partnerships the next Director should prioritize.
- Professional background, experience, and leadership capabilities that should carry the greatest weight in evaluating candidates.
- Outcomes that should define success for the Agency and the skills that you believe will define a successful candidate.
Your response will help inform the Executive Search Task Force and governing Council as they develop the position description and the evaluation criteria for the Executive Director search.
