Copy of SB 407 Plumbing Retrofit Survey Volume 2

With Senate Bill 407, California intends to increase water and energy conservation through measures triggered by many forms of construction or renovation. The law requires that all noncompliant plumbing fixtures in any single-family, multi-family, and commercial estate property shall be replaced with water-conserving plumbing fixtures. SB 407 only applies to residential and commercial real property built before January 1, 1994. These surveys will help us better understand where the retrofits still need to take place.
