Award Criteria

The winner of this award may or may not currently hold a supervisory position, however, they will consistently demonstrate strong leadership qualities. They will lead by example, motivate and inspire colleagues, build trust, and support others to achieve their potential. They will use their initiative, creativity and sound judgement to problem solve and provide support during times of change, challenge, or crisis.

What are we looking for?

- Clear examples of strong leadership demonstrated through their actions and behaviours.

- Evidence of how they have positively influenced and supported colleagues, helping to create a positive and effective team culture.

- Examples of using initiative and creativity to solve problems or improve outcomes.

- Demonstrable examples of how their actions and leadership has directly improved the lives, experiences, and wellbeing of the people they support and other team members.
