About This Study
Mediate Lawsuit is conducting a national study examining how professional mediators are using artificial intelligence, their concerns about AI, and how they expect AI to affect mediation practice and the way mediators are discovered and selected.
The survey takes approximately 4–5 minutes to complete.
Responses will be analyzed and reported in aggregate. Individual responses or comments will not be publicly attributed to a respondent without their permission.
