Advisory Team and Youth Leaders General Participation Survey 2019

Thank you for participating in this survey about your involvement with the City of Minneapolis Office of Race and Equity ReCAST program. Your answers will be used to improve programs and report to our community members, funders, and other stakeholders.

The city of Minneapolis Office of Race and Equity ReCAST program includes funding awarded to community providers, trainings on trauma and healing for city staff and community members, and the opportunities for community decision making such as the Change for Youth voting process.

This survey will ask questions related to the primary goals of ReCAST: to increase community staff capacity to heal from trauma, build collaboration and trust, and engage residents in decision making.
