This survey is intended for parents/ guardians of students that will attend a Bellevue School District school in the 2017/2018 school year. Upon completion of this survey, the Bellevue SchoolPool team will create an account with your name and email in your school's network on RideshareOnline.com, an online tool where you can find a carpool match for your student's trips to and from school, or to other school related events.
