The Office of Councilmember Monica Montgomery Steppe wants to hear from Fourth Council District residents on your budget priorities for Fiscal Year 2022, and your experience living in the District. This will be one of the toughest budget seasons facing the City of San Diego. Many tough decisions and competing priorities are ahead of us. We are fighting for equity and investment into our neighborhoods that have been historically and systematically underfunded and left behind.
