Volunteer Expectations:

1. At least 12 years of age.
2. Have a good attitude, be welcoming, and be respectful to all.
3. Be on time (if you will be late or unable to come, please contact us at 979.475.0160).
4. Dress code: volunteer t-shirt, tasteful/modest jeans, pants, or shorts, and name tag.
5. Communicate any issues or concerns (979.475.0160).

Event Setup: unloading tables, chairs, and stage equipment; prepping food and service area; marking vendor areas; and more.
General Event Volunteer: greeting and welcoming people; assisting elderly and disabled people with seating; directing people to restrooms, food areas, sitting areas, vendor areas; event schedule; and general questions.
Vendor Registration and Management: maintain vendor registration and check-in; direct vendors to marked areas and restrooms; answer vendor questions; and assist vendor set up and breakdown.
Cleaning Crew: assist in keeping the park clean; alert appropriate people when trash cans are full; assist people with disposing of trash; and help with event clean up and breakdown.
Audio/Visual Team: work directly with the talent to set up and breakdown music, microphone, instruments, and equipment;
Event Breakdown: Loading tables, chairs, and stage equipment; assisting vendor areas; and more.
Talent Hospitality: manage "backstage" operations; maintain stage schedule and alert talent of time on stage; answer questions from talent; coordinate with AV team; and assist with awards and recognition of sponsors and vendors.
Marketing and Outreach: (non-pressuring) handing out evangelistic tracts, community event flyers, and event programs; discipleship and praying with people at their request.
Food Service: assist with food prepping and serving; greet people kindly; and assist with clean up of the food area.
