In early April, nominated companies will be provided an employee survey that is to be shared internally within the organization for employees to complete. Nominated companies will be contacted directly with a link to the employee survey.

Companies that receive an 80% or greater satisfaction rating from their employees will be named a Leading Diversity and Inclusion Company.

Note: Employer/company information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.
