Share and Repair Gathering 2026
Thanks to funding from Awards for All we are able to offer a limited number of travel bursaries to members who would otherwise find it difficult to attend this year’s Share & Repair Gathering in Stirling on Thursday 5th March.
Bursaries are restricted to Full Members of Circular Communities Scotland.

To apply please complete and submit this simple form after reading the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility: The travel bursary is restricted to organisations with a turnover of less than £250k who are full members of Circular Communities Scotland.
- Applicant: Application is per member organisation.
- What’s Covered: The travel bursary is exclusively for travel costs incurred for the purpose of attending the the Share & Repair Gathering only. In the first instance please consider all modes of public transport. If this is not feasible then a mileage rate (at £0.45/mile) will be acceptable.
- Value of Travel Bursary Available: The travel bursary limit is up to a maximum of £100 per member organisation.
- Criteria for selection: If the bursary is over-subscribed, priority will be given to organisations travelling from outside the Central Belt.
- Claiming payment : In most cases, payment of the bursary will be made after attendance at the Share & Repair Gathering. Successful applicants will be required to submit an expenses form (supplied by us) within 2 weeks of attending the event, along with copies of receipts. Payment will be made by bank transfer within 2 weeks of receipt of the expenses claim. At our discretion, on a case-by-case basis, payment may be made in advance if requested.
