Choose Your Life

Before you come to the workshop, we'd really like to know a little more about you. The answers to the following questions will help us (and you) to get the most out of our time together. It's important to remember - there are no wrong or right answers! Please don't over think them, your first reaction is likely the most accurate for you and please be really honest. Don't feel you need to answer in a certain way - you are not being marked!

The questions are designed to help stimulate some conversation and some of your own thinking into where you are in life. The fact that you are joining us says you are ready to make different choices in your life. This often takes courage and confidence, just know that you are coming to the right place, to take your next steps.
