We added a tool to find related terms in the Human Phenotype Ontology (HPO) and Mammalian Phenotype (MP) Ontology, and add these to a Human - Mouse: Disease Connection (HMDC) phenotype ID search
QTL Detail Pages now include candidate genes and QTL interactions. Examples: Skts2 and Lmr14 QTL Detail pages
Improved representation of the pseudoautosomal region (PAR)
The Multiple Genome Viewer (MGV) now includes 2 Xenopus species
Incorporated Regulatory Features from Ensembl, Vista and NCBI
