As these places are limited, we ask everyone applying to carefully consider the fundraising commitment before submitting an application.

Fundraising Commitment

We kindly ask each participant to commit to raising a minimum of £500 for PoTS UK.

Every pound you raise will directly support PoTS UK's vital work, helping us provide trusted information, support people living with PoTS, educate healthcare professionals, and campaign for improved awareness and care across the UK.

What we do with the information that we gather from survey responses.
In obtaining your cooperation to participate in the survey, we undertake not to mislead you in any way about the nature of the research we are conducting, the way in which the data is collected and the use that will be made of the survey results.

If we ask you for personal information that enables you to be identified - e.g. your name and e-mail address we will clearly state why we are asking for it and for your permission to use it for that purpose. For example, it might be to inform you of future surveys, to see if you would be happy to share your story or to inform you of future events.
