Housing Allocations Policy Review
Introduction
We are reviewing York's Housing Allocations Policy and would like your views on some of the key themes.
There is a high need for social housing in York. Around 1,400 households are currently waiting for social housing, while only around 700 homes become available in a typical year. It important that available homes are allocated fairly and transparently.
Your feedback will help us write a policy that better meets the needs of York residents.
