Once you have completed the application form you will be automatically added to the panel and sent the next survey. Residents from groups that are already well represented in the panel may be held on a waiting list for up to 12 months and we will contact you should this be the case.

We do not publish or share any information which can identify you. Please read our privacy notice to find out more about how we protect your personal information. We will ask for your consent to this at the start of the survey.
